随着新生儿诊疗技术的发展，早产儿存活率明显上升，早产儿支气管肺发育不良（BPD），又称为婴儿慢性肺疾病，已在世界范围，包括中国，成为早产早产儿致死与致病的一个主要原因。近年来对BPD的诊断、预防与治疗都存在争议，为提高中国新生儿科医生对BPD的诊断和治疗水平，由中华医学电子音像出版社、广州市妇女儿童医疗中心主办，费城儿童医院协办的“2019年早产儿支气管肺发育不良（BPD）国际研讨会”(广东省继续医学教育项目[项目编号：2019010603004]）定于2019年11月15-17日在广州市举办。

本次会议由广州市妇女儿童医疗中心新生儿医学中心主任、费城儿童医院新生儿与小婴儿慢性肺疾病项目主任张华岩教授担任大会主席。此次会议将邀请邀请国内外致力于BPD防治的专家，特别是美国重症BPD协作网的多位专家进行授课，介绍目前国际BPD相关的最新理念与动态。会议将以专题讲座、现场互动讨论等多种形式进行学术交流。参会者将获得省级I类学分6分，请广东省内学员携带学分卡参会。

With the advance in neonatal care and the survival of more premature neonates, Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, also called Chronic Lung Disease of Infancy, has become a major source of mortality and morbidity for premature infants worldwide and in China. There have been lots of controversies in the diagnosis, prevention and management of BPD. Therefore, Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Chinese Medical Multmedia Press are jointly sponsoring the 2019 Guangzhou International Infant Chronic Lung Disease Forum during November 15 -17, with a goal to enhance the understanding of this disease in China.

Dr. Huayan Zhang, chief of Division of Neonatology and Center for Newborn Care at Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center, and director of the Newborn and Infant Chronic Lung Disease Program at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, will be the course director of this conference. The conference will invite specialists from China and abroad, including specialists from the Severe BPD Collaborative, to share the latest viewpoints and trends of BPD. Participants from Guangdong province will be able to obtain 6 category I CME credits. Please be sure to bring your CME cards with you.
